The Diet Pepsi that both my wife and I had was flat. The drip tray on the soda machine was overflowing onto the floor and surrounding area. There was food stuck to the ceiling directly above the food prep area. Also there was a thick layer of dust on the wall above where you order. Two elderly ladies were going to sit behind us but they chose elsewhere because of the spider web across the booth. A positive was that a staff member that was very helpful with replacing my onion rings and delivering some Chalet sauce that was forgotten with our order. I had a similar experience at Swiss Chalet(The 2 restaurants are connected) a few years back but I'm not sure if the management is the same as then.
