  Ordered a double quarter pounder WITHOUT cheese, opened my burger to see cheese. As a person that is lactose intolerant, this is unacceptable and now i'm $15 down the drain because I cannot eat this. Kinda ashamed of this location, never had any major problems until now.

  I ordered chicken nuggets and fries at 3:45am from Uber Eats, I know they change to the breakfast menu at 4am so I rushed to place an order before 4 and uber allowed me to place it with lunch menu items. However over an hour later I still didn’t receive me order I called the restaurant and they told me they never received my order and they won’t make lunch items past 4am. The manager(Indian male) who picked up the phone call was incredibly rude and said “we never received your order it is not our problem deal with uber yourself” he then proceeded to lock the doors of the restaurant while my delivery driver was just waiting outside. Uber did not give me a refund as I can’t even contact a real person and it’s always AI bots on Uber Eats. The least McDonald’s could do is offer me breakfast items of the same value or offer to replace what I ordered the next day after 11am, but no. The manager just hung up on me and left me hungry and at a 40$ loss with no compensation.

  Dirty as hell, tables aren’t cleaned, the place you put the trays after u finish eating is filled with garbage with no place to place on it. Don’t get me started on the food. The burger and nuggets are depressing, the fries, the only food that McDonald made that is good taste blend l, with no salt

  The dirtiest McDonald ever. I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the cleanliness and food safety standards at your Warden and Hwy 7 restaurant. During my visit on Thursday, April 2nd, at approximately 7:30 PM, I observed highly unsanitary behavior. A member of the staff used the same broom he was using on the floor to brush tissue paper off a table. Furthermore, I noticed that staff members in the kitchen were not wearing gloves while handling food and assembling burgers. These practices are unacceptable and pose a significant health risk. I encourage you to review your security footage and to address these issues.

  A pretty standard franchise location for a McDonald's. Lots of available parking. Busy lot though. Right off hwy seven. Staff were courteous, and the order was correct, hard to ask for more than that.
