All the food was very small and even though I ordered a McDouble it was all smushed up. Not only was the quality and the size of the food tiny, the price was also outrageous. The fries weren't warm or fresh, and overall I think the food was awful.

Had a bad experience with some incompetent staff today. I tried ordering with a coupon while redeeming my loyalty points for an item. Not only were staff unable to process my physical paper coupon, they were also unable to properly register my account and redeem my points, extremely simple and common actions every other McDonald's is able to perform without an issue. Even worse, when I tried addressing my issues with staff they were quick to dismiss my concerns without any acknowledgement. Very disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s due to the behavior of the manager, Sofie. I came in the morning to order food and also wanted to purchase holiday gift cards, a total of $50 broken into $10 cards. When Sofie got involved, her approach was immediately aggressive and dismissive, not just toward me but also toward her own staff who were trying to help.
She stated they could not sell the gift cards because it would “hold up the line” and take too long. This made no sense, as there was literally no one behind me in the drive thru. On top of that, I was still asked to park and wait for my food anyway, so the claim about delaying service was clearly not valid.
I fully understand if a location is extremely busy and cannot accommodate extra requests, but that was not the case here. The real issue was the attitude. As a manager, you should lead by example and treat both customers and employees with respect. The way this situation was handled felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and inconvenient.
This experience reflects very poor customer service, and Sofie would benefit from additional training in management, communication, and customer relations.

I ordered a 6 pcs chicken nuggets meal and a burger., all my food was cold . Every time I order fries at this location I get them COLD!!!
