Placed a mobile order and was charged for it. And so I went to the drive-thru to pick it up and the lady told me the system is resetting so I need to wait 5 minutes. After waiting about 20, she tells me that she can’t make my order. I asked her what I should do, and she tells me that she does not know. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to my time.

For business owner:
Keeping the Quality is so muchhh important than quantity if you dont know culture of here.
Read customer order well, doesnt need i check my all items one buy one after delivery if you did not attentioned to order list.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The manager, Amandeep, was not wearing a hairnet while taking my order and grabbing my fries. I used to work at McDonald’s myself, so I know that wearing a hairnet is a basic food safety requirement for all staff, especially those handling food. Including managers.
When I politely asked why she wasn’t wearing one, she gave me a dirty look instead of addressing the concern professionally.
I also noticed a crew member struggling to use the tongs to grab cookies from the bakery and then eventually picking them up with their bare hands, which is extremely unhygienic.
Food safety and professionalism were clearly lacking during my visit. I hope management takes this seriously and retrains staff on proper hygiene standards. Not just to crew members but also “managers”.

We drive there at 8:30 at night because we came back from downtown Toronto, I order chicken nugget happy meal, we got home no chicken nuggets…they only put fries and toys.. when I called oh they only offer a coupon.. bad service..and it’s not even busy hour..
