  I get parked for a Big Mac combo and a 4 pack of nuggets to only get cold as ever fries and burger. The meat smelled and tasted like mop water. .. 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 shut this location down already. I use to think the red hair guy took pride but nope he let that nastiness come out that way waste my money the McDonald in Markham from Markham and 16th ave , 14th ave and McCowan and 7 are all trash but 7 and McCowan is the worse open a chick fil a instead or bring back licks we need an online petition to shut them down

  I visited this McDonald’s this afternoon and ordered a burger and a chicken wrap. While waiting, I noticed a male employee—who looked like a manager—handling burger buns and patties with his bare hands, without wearing gloves. He worked right in front of customers and didn’t seem to mind being seen, which made me wonder if this was actually allowed. Later I checked online and confirmed that this kind of food handling is not proper or hygienic. I hope the staff here can follow the correct safety standards in the future. I was going to give one star, but I’m adding another for the friendly lady who served my order with a warm smile.

  the seating wasn’t great (we had a group of six, which isn’t that huge, but struggled to fit at the largest table), and no meal at mcdonald’s is ever going to be the most delicious, nutritious, or carefully prepared. the cleanliness was also a bit of an issue, though i’ve seen worse. but, it’s a fun place to go if you need a quick bite to eat or a place to hang out! we all got our food quickly, with no errors or major issues. it also has a play place, and although it wasn’t great for our group, the seating and atmosphere is great for any young family :)

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered a McFlurry through the McDonald’s app, but when I arrived at the restaurant, they told me the ice cream machine was broken and they couldn’t make it. They also said they couldn’t issue a refund and forced me to pick another item with the exact same price instead. There was no compensation or alternative solution offered. I ended up having to take something I didn’t even want. This kind of “take it or leave it” policy is really unacceptable. McDonald’s should allow refunds when they can’t provide the product that customers paid for.
