  i feel bad for the blue shirt girl thats doing all the work and the black shirt managers both are doing nothing. One manager, the tall brown dude, suddenly interupts my conversation with the girl and said take this and cover me while he goes to the back with his friend. Yes, his friend came to visit him.. 🤦 the other black shirt brown lady has her back facing the customer all day, and on her personal cellphone.. 👍 the workers aren't problem, its the managers that causing chaos. they should be fired.

  I want to recognize Priyanka for her exceptional customer service at McDonald’s. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and professional. She handled my order quickly and accurately while maintaining such a friendly attitude. Employees like Priyanka are the reason customers keep coming back.

  Is there no manager in the store to train the waiters? Today at noon, when I ordered food for my child, the waiter actually picked up the fries with his hands right in front of me, put them in his mouth and ate them while putting them in the Happy Meal box. I was so shocked!!!

  Super fast drive through service. The only thing I like to see change is for staff to NOT hand cream or perfume on their hands before driving me coffee. Because the perfume lingers in my coffee lid, and make me sneeze like a machine gun before I can zip my coffee

  Insanity. Ordered and PAID for a full Egg BLT bagel combo in the morning/for breakfast. Gave me a cream cheese bagel that was really burnt as well (not to mention the major price difference and it is a completely different product). Review written 5:50am, Jan. 30, 2026. Time of incident: Roughly 5am this morning. I didn’t realize the mistake as I was taking-out through the drive-thru on my way to work. Once I got to work to unwrap my bagel... much to my shock & disappointment. Don’t know where the heck management and staff’s heads are at but certainly they aren’t in fulfilling the most basic food orders correctly. Jheez. McDonald’s Management/Canada, DO BETTER. Incredibly disappointed with this experience.
