  If we could give it a -minis 0, I would. From the front of house staff to the cook. OMG, the guy in the back squishing our food into the burritos with his bare hands. No hair net. Touching the garage and then went back to preparing customers food. We threw the food out without even eating it. This is the most disgusting McDonald's experience. The front of house staff totally ignored the customer, proceeded to text on the phone. Once she was done, she looked up to take orders. Shortly after, with such bad experience I returned to file a complaint. The manager on duty was completely complacent. She apologized but the insincerity is what prompted me to call head office. Mcdonalds is a fast food chain; I do not expect the red carpet treatment however basic customer service skill is lacking with this mcdonalds. After witnessing how our food was handled, I very much doubt we will return to that location. We will try another location. I hope this will be taken seriously with food safety and providing standard customer service in the future.

  I come here often. Usually good service but today I was so taken aback and embarrassed. Long line and no was acknowledged. After waiting for awhile I said excuse can you take our order nobody has said anything to us. The manager than starts raising her voice and telling me it doesn’t matter if she takes the order now we will still have wait in line. She was completely rude and out of line. I was respectful and spoke to her nicely. I’m customer spending my money. I don’t appreciate being attacked by a manager at that. Please have talk with her. Because if I acted like that at my job I wouldn’t have one.

  I visited here with my wife and kids. Absolutely disgusting. They closed off the back section when we came around 8 pm. This is a McDonald’s in a major mall with lots of guests and we had to stand and eat and I can see open tables. The staff insisted that they can’t open that side. Hello McDonald’s corporate. Are you guys aware the staff are doing this??? Offcourse we will never return to this location.

  Takes near a hour to get medium fries, workers don’t use gloves seats are never clean and it takes an hour to get ur food which is unacceptable.

  The lady there was very sullen and I asked for a cone ice cream. She gave it to me as soon as I got it and it fell on the ground. It was so bad, I will never order from her again.
