  I don't know what it is about this location. I've gone on 4 different occasions (including tonight). When I go it's around 6pm. All 4 times they don't have chicken and tell me I have to wait 20 to 30 min. How do you not have chicken available during dinner time?? That's what they're known for....chicken! They try to sell me on "but you'll have fresh chicken". It's called fast food for a reason. Not coming here anymore!

  Apparently when you order online you can’t adjust what’s on your food (no onions for example) even though you’re given the option to. I can’t eat my order because the onions weren’t removed (last time they made me sick) and the best they could do was credit for the next order. No dinner for me tonight because they aren’t clear how things work on the web site and I’m out the money I spent for the order, so I won’t be ordering from this place again.

  I’m disappointed because we picked up the order from the drive-thru, it was cold, and my poutine didn’t have any cheese very disappointed
