Ruin Christmas dinner as it took the money saved for the order. Called and was told 3-5 business days for refund been well over that excluding the holidays. Still no refund called again and was told nothing the person can do to help other then make another “report” I’ve done three now. Next step if no money is received by Thursday Jan 8th I’ll be making a report at the bank for fraudulent activity! Completely unacceptable I should not have to fight to get my money back, for their mistake as the first lady said I shouldn’t have been able to order online when they were closed! I’ve been more the patient waiting for my refund.
