  I ordered to take about a week ago just picked it up and the amount of effort that was put into. It is extremely sad. I’m not mad about the non-Perfect penmanship I’m upset about the lack of effort

  I’m honestly so disappointed with my experience at Dairy Queen. My order was completely messed up, and to make things worse, my Blizzard was basically liquid by the time I got it. It wasn’t even slightly melted — it was straight-up soup. The whole point of a Blizzard is that it’s thick and frozen, so this was just ridiculous. On top of that, nobody seemed to care when I mentioned the issue. It felt rushed and careless, like quality didn’t matter at all. If you’re charging premium prices for ice cream, the least you can do is serve it properly. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

  If I could have given 0 I would have. I ordered inside, one server kept hacking so bad near cutomers and food, another who made my food had no gloves on picking the lettuce and other items up with her fingers and touching all of the surfaces while doing it. Dumped it in the garbage. Uggh where are the health and food officers!

  Hit up the drive thru. Staff was incredibly friendly. The contrast to places like Tim Hortons motivated me to give 5 stars. Kudos to the teen employees

  I typically buy a box of buster bars (6) However the bars are now half the size they used to be and double the cost at $22 per box . I started buying premium ice cream like Hagen Das which is a far better and healthier choice as, DQ is not real ice cream to begin with!
