  Very disappointing experience at this Burger King location today. I came to pick up an Uber order, which I regularly do without any issues. The staff member named JP (as written on his badge) behaved extremely unprofessionally. He refused to give me the order because I did not have a delivery bag. I explained politely that Uber does not provide bags to drivers and I have completed many deliveries without any inconvenience, on a call with the person from Uber, they said you can do the delivery without bag There is no issue, but he spoke in a very rude tone and said he would not give the order. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, he raised his voice, shouted at me, and told me to get out of the store. I was simply trying to collect the order that I was assigned. When I contacted Uber support, they advised me to speak with a supervisor or manager. When I went back inside, JP claimed that he was the only senior person there and refused to provide the store number or any further information. His behavior was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. As someone who works in customer service and delivery, I expect basic respect and communication. This interaction was unnecessary and unpleasant. I have already reported this incident to Uber, but I hope the store management looks into this situation and ensures better treatment for delivery partners in the future.

  I just got breakfast from the Trenton location and received the most kind and efficient service from Donna. She started our day off so nicely with her friendly and welcoming attitude and brought smiles to our faces. Thank you Donna for what you do!

  Almost 30 dollars for cold fries, not very warm burger and purchased something called a snack box that included the worst onion rings I've ever had.

  Ordered a whopper combo, asked for extra tomatoe/lettuce Was told they couldn’t do that because their supplier told them not to? What?!?!

  😠🤢 Horrible !.!.! We spent $58 for 2 of quite possibly the worst meals we have ever had. There was 2 meals and deserts. We litterally just threw out the entire meal except for a coke. We are opting for peanut butter toast and a coffee instead. The food was soggy, bland and even one of the drinks was off and yup the desert was awful too. The ice cream actually tasted like ground ice with a milk flavor and the chocolate was not creamy or guey it was like a liquid. Absolute Worst Ever 😫
