I took a bite, the mayo tasted sour and the lettuce wasn’t fresh at all. It tasted like I ate something that’s as going bad or how I’d imagine eating food straight out of a garbage tastes and smells like. Ended up throwing up not 45 minutes after consumption. Called into work cause I still don’t feel well after eating whatever that was. This was by far the grossest thing I have ever bitten into in my life. I’m not a picky guy at all nor do I want to cause an issue, but there was something wrong with that burger. I don’t know if anyone else has had an experience like this, but I just hope whoever is making the food over there does the right thing and makes sure the food is made well and properly for the next person.

Just spent a half an hour waiting for our food. Watched the burgers sit in the "warmer" for a good 15 mins or so. The burgers were in fact not warm. It's really sad because I like the people that work here, they are super friendly but there is only ever 2 of them working at the busiest of times. Full line at drive through and quite a few patrons waiting for their food.

Instead of responding appropriately, he used abusive language, refused to give me my delivery order, and became verbally aggressive. As I turned to leave, he continued swearing at me from behind, which was humiliating and unacceptable. I am a regular Burger King customer, and this experience was extremely disappointing. Such behavior does not reflect the standards expected from your brand. I request that proper action be taken to address this incident and ensure other customers do not face similar treatment.
