  The guy that took my order in the drive through was extremely polite, kind, and attentive, I was having a bad day and he turned it around. He made sure I had everything I'd need and gave me a good amount of napkins, which is rare these days. It's the little things that make a big difference. Wish I took note of his name. The food was great, I got the original burger with fries, no complaints. I always forget DQ does more than icecream, it's nice to have another option sometimes. Overall, great experience. A lot of bad reviews on here, you try working in fast food, it's a tough job. Relax, people make mistakes you're eating at Dairy Queen not a Michelin Star restaurant.

  Ordered two medium chocolate dip comes came to $11+ and their was barely any ice cream, I asked the kid working if he gave us smalls and he said no it’s medium, their was so little ice cream I would hate to see what a small one is like. I understand everything has gone up in price but you put up your price all ready so their was no reason to cut the portion. Management should look back on cameras to see the portion we were giving, I wish I took picture of what we were giving. Belleville location has not cut portions like Trenton has.

  I ordered to take about a week ago just picked it up and the amount of effort that was put into. It is extremely sad. I’m not mad about the non-Perfect penmanship I’m upset about the lack of effort

  I’m honestly so disappointed with my experience at Dairy Queen. My order was completely messed up, and to make things worse, my Blizzard was basically liquid by the time I got it. It wasn’t even slightly melted — it was straight-up soup. The whole point of a Blizzard is that it’s thick and frozen, so this was just ridiculous. On top of that, nobody seemed to care when I mentioned the issue. It felt rushed and careless, like quality didn’t matter at all. If you’re charging premium prices for ice cream, the least you can do is serve it properly. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
