- OTOthman .TalebFeb 16, 20261.0Do not ever order from this place. They forget items you paid for. Also, when a sauce is supposed to come with an order and you PAY for an EXTRA sauce, they will only give you the extra sauce and not the sauce that was supposed to come before the extra order. I hope this place goes out of business, 60% pf the time I order from there, there is a problem with the order. DO NOT GO THERE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE. And watch the BS answer they will give to this review
- YYYcaFeb 6, 20262.0Khao soi here tastes so different than what i had on another location (york mills centre). Here the veggies are not stir fried and overall was SO DRY. Barely any curry and oil. Even after thoroughly mixing the bowl the pasta is so pale because of the lack of sauce. It is just majorly spicy. Not good and so disappointing.

I had a long way to go and asked the person behind the counter if they could please put my food in a sturdier container instead of the thin paper box provided. From past experience, the box often splits open by the time I get home. I also asked if they could at least double it, but the staff member flatly refused and did so in a rude manner. If I hadn’t already paid, I honestly would have walked out. Their customer service is terrible, and the attitude toward customers’ reasonable requests is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place—they clearly don’t understand what good customer service means.
