- AMAlberto Mel6 days ago1.0I always get pad Thai before, but never like this. Taste like garbage and charcoal like the sauce from the last order is still lingered on the dish.. trash and I payed $20 of this… not worth it no wonder they are not busy!!! Because the food is crap!!!!

I ordered a pad Thai at the Fairview mall location, the noodles were extremely soggy and drenched in soy sauce, there was barely any chicken, no depth of flavour whatsoever. This location should close down as it tastes nothing like Thai cuisine. Would give 0 stars if I could.
- MKmyunglyul kimFeb 28, 20261.0I have never experienced Pad See Ew like this before. First of all, it was questionable why orders placed after mine were served first. Then, an older Asian man who seemed to have just started his shift came in, tossed the wok barely three times, and served the food. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he was experienced, but the result was unacceptable. The stir-fry was soaking in liquid, lacked any 'wok hei' (smoky flavor), and the distinct color and taste of hoisin sauce were completely absent. Just look at the carrots—they weren't sautéed at all and were stuck together; when I separated them, they were raw. The vegetables felt like they had only been briefly blanched, not cooked. I could clearly taste the raw crunch of the baby corn. I now understand why this location has no line while Thai Express outlets in other malls are usually packed. This branch seriously needs to reflect on its quality and retrain its staff.
