- CCCarlos CalderonFeb 28, 20261.0I have noticed over the past few weeks, on different occasions that I have seen that the staff are not preparing their meals properly. They barely add tomatoes, beef, spring onions, or the other ingredients. It often looks like a plain order of nachos. The Gordita Crunch is also barely served with beef and lettuce. I have not experienced this at any other location. I am not sure if this was due to low ingredients and happened to affect my order the three or four times I visited!!!! I suggest that the staff conduct a quality check at this location. It seems to charge more than other locations by requiring customers to order through the screen, which does not allow combo selections. This makes the meal more expensive than at other locations. Spending almost $20 on a plain taco and plain nacho chips is not acceptable. I will collect more details over the coming weeks and submit a more detailed complaint if I do not see improvement. For now, I wanted to share what I have noticed at this location. Thank you.
