I was excited when they opened a Taco Bell close to the office, and I'm happy to say that the experience does not disappoint. The staff is top notch. They're friendly and efficient, especially for such a busy location. The food preparation exceeds any mall location. Taco Tuesday is a must. It's a busy food court, but the turnover is constant, so finding a table is not a problem. As a bonus, you get a discount when you show your Presto card!

These idiots refuse to make any adjustments or substitutions. I went in looking at their Luxe meal, but I asked for a regular beef crunchwrap instead of the buffalo chicken one, they outright refused.
Absolutely pathetic...but not entirely surprising given how shitty Taco Bell has gotten over the past ten years. Customer service has been replaced by those useless tablets, and the option to make changes to the meal is all but gone.

It looks like I get a small children’s fist of fries with 1tbsp or less of everything else

Decent affordable food in Union Station, it's perfect to drop by while waiting for a train.

I think their customer service needs to be better with allergies, knowing whats in the food that they serve and not argue with someone about their allergy. I get it is fast food but allergies still should be taken seriously.
For the most part, they're fine with allowing me to substitute sour cream for the avocado ranch but they need to work on not cross contaminating people's food when told they have an allergy.
A lady what looked like to be a manager served me yesterday, told her about my allergy and sour cream sub. She tried telling me there's egg in sour cream and that it couldn't get it, I had to repeatedly let her know that a cow doesn't lay eggs and sour cream is a dairy product. She argued with me and insisted that It did contain egg, there was no sour cream and that order was also cross contaminated.
I like Taco Bell as a random snack but I won't be returning. I'll find another place that doesn't let me play roulette with my allergy.
