A staff member told me it would take 10 minutes, but even after 35 minutes, the order still wasn’t ready. Just because we do Uber deliveries doesn’t mean we are here to wait endlessly. This is the worst service I’ve experienced. If you can’t handle orders properly, why accept them in the first place? It seems like the owner doesn’t care at all about how much time the staff is wasting. I had two orders to pick up, and one of my customers ended up canceling because of the delay. This affects our reputation as drivers. Maybe when your sales drop, you’ll start taking this seriously.

I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes for my order, and I am the only in-store customer — the rest are Uber drivers also waiting for their food. There are plenty of staff members, yet they are unable to manage the orders properly. I don’t understand why you accept so many orders if you can’t handle them efficiently. This shows very poor management and unprofessional staff behavior. I will not be coming back here again. Extremely disappointing service.

I marked off NO SOUR CREAM (my daughter is severely allergic to it) and when my daughter got it luckily she cut into it instead of biting it and noticed that they added the SOUR CREAM. This is a very big mistake and they need to be more careful! Mistakes like this could really hurt someone. The staff needs to pay more attention to their orders!
