  I liked that I could just order as if for takeout but still sit at a table of my choosing. Seats are well spaced, nice large city photos on wall, and good wifi. Food well prepared. Only thing I didn't like was the background music, it's just what you typically get on any radio station which is why I never listen to radio anymore. Bring back the Sixties please.

  I had an amazing experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to Lisa. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — from helping us choose our meals to checking in at just the right times without being intrusive. Her positive attitude and genuine care for customers truly stood out. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personalized and effortless. Lisa made our visit not just a meal, but a great overall experience. Big shoutout to Lisa for setting such a high standard for customer service. We’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

  My partner and I came to this Swiss chalet on a random Wednesday evening for the first time at this location. To our pleasant surprise, we were warmly greeted by Mark - he made our entire dining experience very pleasant and was on top of everything. Even noticing when I dropped my cutlery on the ground and brewing a new pot of decaf coffee for me. The meal was great too. We’ll be coming back!

  Was told there wasn’t any ceaser salad. So got a garden, when the server brought me the garden she had a ceaser in her hands for the other table behind us… When I did go in to eat the salad it had one quarter piece of tomato, and maybe 3 or 4 thinly sliced cucumbers and the lettuce wasn’t chopped, there was two huge pieces of lettuce bigger than my hands.Servers vibe was very cold and off putting, weirdos in the corner near the bathrooms that were also kinda sketchy.

  Myself and family were so excited for Swiss chalet we bought our kids for lunch before heading to the aquarium. The dining room was slow we did wait a bit at the door, I can tell there was no host. But we were seated fast and we ordered the two can dine and we enjoyed every bit of it and the kids love their food! Our server I think her name was Sasha she did talk to fast to be honest but she was great even gave us the kids card that I didn’t even know you guys still gave them out, I don’t know if we will use them as much but thank you for the card and great service. I just noticed that restaurant is pretty old and a weird smell from the washrooms but other than that the food was amazing and the service was excellent. Please let your kitchen know that they made my kids so happy 😀 And thank you for bringing back the finger bowl it helped with my kids they get really messy.
