- SCStaś Ci3 days ago5.0Really great food, and great service. The place could look a bit more artistic, but overall it is a great experience. If me and my family are ever hungry, Swiss chalet is my usual go to place. Recommend this place, only problem is could be very expensive. But it is worth it! This location is better than the Eglinton one, in my opinion, just to clarify if you live near there.

The lady answered 'yeah' with an extremely UNPROFESSIONAL tone. She did not introduce herself at all! When she confirmed the location will be open, I said thank you, and she hung up the phone, abruptly and immediately. EXTREMELY RUDE LADY. YOU NEED TO LEARN, AND TAKE A COURSE, IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

As soon as I walk they have a cracker roaming around once I walked past her she tells me “go back to where you came from” employees and manager did nothing to deescalate the situation. Bathroom stalls have blood stains on the walls. No customers in the restaurant but service was extremely slow the servers walked by numerous times can fully see my empty glass and dishes and still wouldn’t offer a refill or to take the dishes away. You have to chase them for everything even napkins. One big family entered the restaurant with kids running around screaming. I used the two can dine $30 coupon once it was time for dessert the server and manager told me I can only get the coconut cream pie although I’ve communicated at all other locations you can get the other cakes available. Will never visit this location again absolute garbage and disrespectful.
