  Today my friend and I visited a branch of Subway and ordered a steak sandwich. Our total bill was $29.17. Unfortunately, shortly after eating the food I started experiencing vomiting and symptoms of food poisoning. I have been a regular customer of Subway for a long time and this is the first time I have had such a bad experience. The quality of the food this time was extremely poor and the taste and freshness were very concerning. This experience was very disappointing and honestly alarming. I hope the management will seriously review their food quality and hygiene standards so that other customers do not experience the same issue.

  I arrived a bit early before the store officially opened, but the staff member was incredibly kind and still made me a sandwich. I really appreciated the generosity and great customer service. Thank you for going the extra mile and starting my day with such a positive experience.
