- DDDean D2 days ago4.0This was my local subway. And I've been at odds with this location for a while. The staff i encountered before this review have mostly been rude and unwelcoming. But leeeeeet me tell you about the huuge refresher I have had with Kamal, I am very much planning on keeping this as my go to Subway. The location is in a very busy plaza where parking can be a bit troublesome. Easy to access right off Islington street. Kamal was legitimately the best person I have experienced at this location, her spirit, her care for her art and work, and her general energy made me enjoy my food each time I visited while she was there. In a world of constant negative reviews I believe she deserves a lot of recognition and appreciation for how much she has revived this location. My opinion, as a professional who has been in the food and beverage industry for over 16 years. From fast food to fine dining btw. (Also they renovated recently so it looks a lot cleaner and polished inside)

- MMMarlonMar 31, 20261.0This is the worst Subway, the manager is rude. The staff is incompetent, zero customer service, and every time I go here I feel gypped out of my money. I went for a daily special, they didn't have cookies, they didn't offer to bake some. Get something ready. They just said no cookies and shrug their shoulders. I've gone there before they didn't have drink lids set out straws nothing. I won't come here again
