  My foot long app order asked for extra lettuce, extra tomatoes, and extra cucumbers. I barely received any lettuce, three slices of tomatoes and four slices of cucumbers. The lettuce appeared not to be genuine subway lettuce, as if the franchise owner bought and cut it themselves to save money. I order subway because I want a sandwich that tastes ‘fresh’, but this did not taste fresh at all. Their lights are always partially off too, likely also to save money. This location is likely not making money, hence all the skimping, but their service and product is not going to help their business

  If I could give it zero stars i would. Ingredients are not fresh this is what the bmt looked like… refused refund, will have to do a charge back.

  Travelled to location based on posted hours. Arrived with open sign on 45 min before posted closing. Door locked, staff would not look up when I tried to open the locked door. Waste of trip and my time. Been a handful of times prior, poor quality lettuce, tomatoes and toppings; depressing setting overall. Love Subway, but avoid this one. Very unreliable and poor quality.

  I like to come here almost every Saturday at noon to support the lovely staff who makes good subs for me. I see the improvement of customer service since she has worked. 5 stars is for her.
