  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to AC! AC was very friendly, polite, and attentive throughout my visit. She prepared my order carefully and made sure everything was just right. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customer service. Thank you, AC, for your excellent service

  I was in the store earlier and AC was holding down the fort. I feel bad for her as she is the only one working and lots of costumers came in to order, not to mention the online orders that keeps coming in. Nevertheless, she managed to serve us quickly and happily. thumbs up to you AC! You did a good job ♥️

  I went in today at around 4:15 pm to get two subs and there was one working there AC and she kept complaining about how many online orders there were and then when I asked for sub sauce on my subs she told me that we are running low and then she said that I would have to wait. I thought that was very odd and strange . If the sub sauce was not nearby then why could she not have gotten this from the back for me. Why is it my fault that she is the only one working there. This was terrible service. I was not impressed.

  It's been awhile since I was at this location last by the last number of times I had been here, the sandwich was great. And the service was great. Today on the other hand, I had an individual who didn't seem to care about his job, did not put the regular amount of tuna on the sandwich and when I had asked them to put a little bit in the empty spot he left on the bun, he just spread the little that he had on the sandwich out a little bit thinner. He gave a little bit of ingredients so the sandwich was mostly bread and when it came to paying I had asked him if there was any deals and he said no. However, a patron that was standing next to me said after you use the app which I already have then it's a better price. The employee was noticeably unhappy with that. So as a result, I had to write a review. Employees should be happy to have a job and service is what keeps customers coming back. No service. Poor quality food equals a reduction in client's. No clients, no income, no business.
