I called over more than 4-5 times but every time my call was forwarded to voicemail. Pathetic people working and no professionalism

I called the store immediately while they were making the order and told them it was fraud, but they said they couldn’t cancel it and told me to call the manager today. I don’t understand why a fraudulent order on my account couldn’t be cancelled.
