  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Somya! He was extremely friendly, patient, and attentive while taking my order. He made sure everything was exactly how I wanted and kept a positive attitude the whole time. The sandwich was fresh and perfectly made. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service. Thanks, Somya, for making my visit so pleasant—I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Had an amazing experience at Subway! The food was fresh, perfectly made, and exactly how I wanted it. A special shoutout to Somya — truly one of the best service providers I’ve come across.   Jaishree and Navdeep are very kind, friendly, and hardworking. They always greet customers with a smile and create a welcoming atmosphere. Their service is quick and efficient, even during busy hours. They pay great attention to detail and make every sandwich perfectly, just the way customers like it.   Today at 1:50 pm, i went there to get my sub, one of the 2 employees making the subs for the customers, I've seen her touching evry food items with the same gloves. She was handling the meat and veges with the same gloves, and cheese as well. Think about some people with some serious religious restrictions, or any other elergy reasons, they are cross contaminating everything. Will never go there ever. People who are concerned about cross contamination, or thinking to get vegetarian food, should think twice before going.

  unfortunately my experience today was very disappointing. There is an employee (I believe her name is Mehar) whose attitude has consistently been unwelcoming. She often comes across as cold, doesn’t listen carefully to customer requests, and responds in a dismissive or rude manner. Today, I specifically asked for my items to be packed separately, but she ignored the request and continued packing them together. When I politely repeated my request, she responded that “we always do it this way,” rather than trying to accommodate a simple customer preference. Good customer service is about listening and being respectful, and this experience did not reflect that. I understand everyone has tough days, but this has been a repeated pattern over time. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service at this location.
