  I placed an online order for pickup, and when I arrived, I immediately noticed that the employee preparing my sandwiches was using noticeably smaller portions than usual. The amount of cheese was reduced, and when I politely asked her to add the standard four slices, she told me the owner had instructed her to use less. What was more frustrating was that this didn’t stop at the cheese, she continued to use less of the other ingredients as well, including vegetables and meat, even after I specifically asked for the normal portions. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, as if my request didn’t matter. I’ve been a regular customer at this location and have ordered here many times without any issues. In fact, just the day before another employee prepared my food properly, with the expected portions and a respectful attitude. This experience was completely inconsistent with the level of service I’ve come to expect. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit. If this is how customers are treated, especially when simply asking for standard portions, it raises serious concerns about consistency and customer service. I would not recommend this location based on this experience, and others may want to think twice before ordering from here.

  What a joke i come every week for the last 2 years. Get a cold cut combo for 15 something. Now today it’s 21.80 Not coming here again

  Don’t go to this Subway. Same steak and cheese foot long sandwich is 5 dollars more than the price in 717 Bay Street Store. So terrible.

  Possibly the worst location I've ever been to. Prices are more expensive by a few dollars compared to other locations nearby and they barely add anything onto their sandwiches.
