  Honestly, this is unbelievable and disturbing. I personally witnessed something that should never happen in Canada, especially at a place like Subway. The owner, an older man who was extremely rude and disrespectful, was making sandwiches while wearing only one glove. He was using the same glove to handle cash and then immediately touching the food and making sandwiches. I pointed this out and complained, but he did not even bother to change the glove. While I was there, I clearly saw a small mouse run across the top of the refrigerator where the deli meats and other food items are stored, and then it went straight into the next fridge where the vegetables are kept. I saw this with my own eyes. It is shocking that something like this can happen in Toronto. This place seriously needs to be inspected by health authorities or Toronto Public Health. A business like this should not be allowed to operate while putting people’s health at risk. The washroom was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned for a long time. There was also a very strong smell of marijuana and other substances inside the washroom area. On other visits, I have also seen an employee with a very long beard and long hair preparing food without any beard cover or mask. Basic food safety standards are clearly not being followed, and it is very concerning to see hair and an uncovered beard so close to the food. It is honestly embarrassing that a place like this is operating in the city of Toronto with such low standards. The owner clearly does not care about hygiene, the store, or the customers. Everything feels neglected and poorly managed. For your own health and for your children’s safety, I strongly recommend staying away from this location.

  Hands down the worst subway in Toronto. Possibly the worst one I’ve ever been to in my life. But it’s by my house so I’ve been multiple times haha. Never fails to disappoint.

  Food containers not clean, was overcharged for a power bowl from older man wasn't going to argue with him but charged 13:99 + tax menu says $11:59 +tax so ripped off and everything tasted old. Don't go to this location. Try shawarma next door

  Gloves while handling food and payment. Changing one gloved hand is useless Using the same gloves covered sauces Roaches in the bathroom No care when preparing food Tuna tasted like soggy cardboard. Gave me freezer burned cucumbers.
