  I had such a great experience at Subway today, all thanks to Mahi! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and made my order perfectly. You can really tell she cares about her work and the customers. Her positive attitude honestly made my day. Subway is lucky to have someone like her—definitely coming back!

  Mahi was such a good helper and made me a delicious sandwich but i felt bad for her when the guy spoke so bad to her even after her telling him about the extra charge so definitely had to do a review ..she is the best

  Mahi had horrible customer services treated me very poorly she didn’t add enough meat on my sandwich I asked her for a little more she said she can’t and it will be an extra charge even though there was barley any tuna but she let the customer after me get extra meat for free I found this to be racist very disappointed.

  An Inspection of cleaning process needs performed! Staff will not answer a direct question about procedure, and could not keep a straight story when questioned further. This location appears to be cleanly kept, but I believe the positive stops there. I noticed the staff member was removing preparation dates from the sauce containers, and replacing with new labels. I asked her why, as the bottles should be emptied, sanitized, and refilled before a new label. I was told that the paper label does not wash off in their process, working in kitchens before, this means poor cleaning technique or procedure, as the sticker should already be removed during the cleaning process. This process should be completed in a prep area, after cleaning and refill of the bottles, the labels should be placed, and the bottles brought to the storage refrigeration rack. Food safety should not be an afterthought, it should be a standard procedure that will not leave questions to anyone. I also see other comments of food safety in the reviews from 3 months ago, the manager/ owner may want to look in cleaning and labeling processes being used.

  Had a really great experience at Subway today thanks to the two ladies SUKH & JEEL working there. They were extremely friendly, patient, and made my order perfectly. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service they were welcoming, efficient, and kept everything clean and organized even during a busy time. It’s not often you come across such positive and professional staff. They truly made my visit enjoyable. Thank you both for the excellent service—I’ll definitely be coming back
