- MAMartin AngMar 26, 20261.0I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and was very clear with what I wanted. 1 smash avocado and turkey and 1 steak and cheese extra cheese for both. The staff member that was there decided to not put turkey in mine and I didn't notice until she charged me - transaction already went thru - then she proceeds to tell me she made a mistake and has to do a refund. I wanted turkey so I asked her to put it in and she's held my sandwiches hostage for at least 15 minutes now and taking ABSOLUTELY FOREVER with someone on the phone to figure it out. I finally get the refund and had to repay the proper total AFTER THE WAIT. WHY IS IT THIS DIFFICULT? DO BETTER PLEASE. Absolute embarrassment.
