    Bad food Bad service Food was absolutely foul, nothing was fresh, everything was wilted and turning brown. Owner was on the phone for 10 minutes before he greeted me, I had to just stand there and wait. I debated on leaving after seeing the produce but I was so hungry. 0/10 would not recommend. The portions were outrageously small and the cookies were so old i could dent a wall with them. There needs to be a serious health board inspection done here. I will not be going back. Ew

    I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this location. When I entered, the employee had both headphones in and was asleep at a table, not prepared to serve customers. I've never been to a Subway where staff were literally sleeping instead of working. I could’ve served myself at that point. Once service started, there were multiple issues. I asked for a macadamia cookie and was given chocolate chip instead. When I pointed it out, the employee said it was white chocolate chip, despite the label clearly stating macadamia. It was concerning that she did not seem familiar with the products being sold. When she was making the sandwich, she was half awake. Why would you put as much onion and lettuce on a 6 inch sub as you would on a foot long??? Additionally, the cookies are often undercooked. Overall, this location needs better supervision, training, and basic professionalism!

    App took my money for a pick up and they didn’t get the order. Told me I had to call subway support to get my money back. Worst service ever
