  The store is frequently quite dirty. The staff members don't seem to understand urgency in customer service at all. They have been open for several hours at this point and do not have certain types of bread available for whatever reason. And instead of you know marking these unavailable for ordering they have done nothing and are instead leaving it up to everybody else to solve their problem for them... This has been an ongoing issue at this Subway for years... It seems like every staff member at this location just has no sense of work ethic..

  I had such a great experience at this Subway location thanks to Ana. She is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and she goes above and beyond to make sure every order is just right. It’s rare to meet someone who takes so much pride in their work, but Ana clearly does—she’s fast, professional, and genuinely kind. Her positive energy makes a huge difference, and it’s the reason I’ll keep coming back to this location. Thank you, Ana, for turning a quick stop for food into such a pleasant experience!
