  I want to know about my order that I order it online by using subway app , when it arrived it was already opened all seals were broken not only outer but also an inner footlong. It is really shocked for me. This act was done by delivery guy. I am not expected this type of Thing from subway. Very bad service.

  Great experience at this location! The store was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient, even during the lunch rush. The veggies actually looked fresh (no wilted lettuce!), and they were generous with the toppings without making a huge mess.

  I’m writing regarding order #437A3781-8E from the Subway location at 1763 Eglinton Ave West, Toronto. While my order was being prepared, the employee was watching videos on his phone, barely paying attention, and was rude when handling the order. As a result, multiple clear instructions were ignored. The sandwiches were ordered grilled and toasted. They arrived cold and not grilled or toasted. I also clearly requested “don’t make it heavy with tuna”, yet the tuna sandwich was overloaded to the point of being messy and barely edible. This was not an accident — it was a lack of attention and professionalism.
