  I really like the coffee at this store. It’s much better than Tim Hortons, and the price is great—just $1.99 with a free cookie.

  The guy that works there is ALWAYS on his phone. He looks at you then goes back to texting for 30-40 seconds then makes your sandwich. I’ve experienced this 3 times. I’m Never going back.

  I like the coffee here. It's very good coffee. Better than Tim Hortons, I think. Also they have a coffee and cookie deal for $1.99. Very good deal. The Madam working there is very friendly.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The vegetables did not appear fresh and looked like they had not been replaced for several days. The rice also seemed old, possibly prepared one or two days earlier. In addition, the older gentleman working there was quite rude and unprofessional in his behavior. This was my second visit to this location, and unfortunately the experience was just as disappointing as the first time. I hope Subway management takes this feedback seriously and looks into the quality of the food and the level of customer service at this location. A better focus on freshness and respectful customer interaction would greatly improve the experience.

  Whoa, this place needs some work. First off, I hope someone from Subway corporate reads some of these reviews. A little background, I've ordered from this location twice via the app and 4 times right at the store. And I've also ordered from the Bloor located near this one and the Christie and Bloor location well over 10 times. They certainly do not fill the subs or wraps anywhere near the amount that any other location does. I ordered a wrap today that felt half filled and the ingredients here are sometimes not the freshest. Specifically the tomato's and sometimes the lettuce. I am one step away from buying subs at of the 4 main locations I go to, to weight each of the ingredients added, to share the results with corporate. Please fix this issue with consistency and customer service. Treat everyone exactly the same! Not only would I not recommend, I would would say let the reviews speak for themselves and go to the location at Pauline and Bloor. Their service isuch better, as are their subs and wrap.
