  I went to this location few times and was always disappointed but last night March 31st at 9:30 pm I went there and got worst customer service and food. There was a black woman working at that time ( sorry to mention background but needed so everyone knows her ) . I ordered sub of the day meal 6 inches but as soon as she took my order, I noticed she putting wrong meat on it, I corrected her and she just put that meat back to tray with sauces on it and wiped off the cheeses and put it back. She didn’t say sorry or anything…then she started doing my order and she literally put pinch of lettuce , 2 small tomatoes and may be one or two slices of onions and 2 PCs of cheese instead of 3, I asked her this is how you gonna make this, please put some more lettuce and veggies but she refused and told me that this is how her Israeli manager told to so . I was very upset but she didn’t care, and then she just handed me the sandwich and I asked where is my drink and chips, she said you didn’t ask for it, and I told her it comes with the meal of the day and she started playing with computer and asked me one more dollar and I did the math it was only 33 cents more, I paid her the balance and left but I would never go back, and I told her that Im going to give bad reviews but she didn’t care, no response, no sorry or apologize. SHE SHOULD NOT BE SERVING FOOD ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. Most Subway employees behave like this, she had no remorse no sorry, no thank you, no smile and very cold attitude and negative body language. She should not be serving food and company need to ask manager or owner why they serving food like this, if you can’t afford vegetables then forget it, I’m not asking for deals, company giving it so fulfill it properly. I would strongly recommend do not go to this location. WORST LOCATION IN GTA. I wish google had minus or zero stars to give.

  Very poor service. Staff need proper training in food handling and customer service. I will not be returning.

  I visited a Subway location and requested to use the washroom as it was an urgent situation. However, I was denied access and informed that the washroom is only for customers. I understand store policies, but I would appreciate more consideration and kindness in urgent situations. I hope customer service and flexibility can be improved in the future👎
