  The new guy here really sucks. He rolled his eyes consistently throughout the process and was being petty about portions. He left my order prepared on the side and refused to check me out, just leaving it there while he went on to help another guy. The employees here used to be really good, but for whatever reason I stopped seeing them around.

  They lost my mobile order. Workers confirmed it was the right location and everything. They still charged me but I still didnt get my order. Workers are rude and dismissive. "Well we dont have it" is not an appropriate response.

  In the past this location has been very good to me but today, Monday January 19 at 10:15pm I may have caught someone on a bad day First. This store has two entrances, one through the inside of mall and one from outside in the cold and snow. It is a 24 hour location so both entrances should be allowed to use especially since the mall doors are still open l. But the inside foldable doors were closed but not locked. And with xtreme weather happening outside at 10:15pm, very cold and snowing a little I went in the mall and tried to go in the inside door. That's when the gentleman working told me that I needed to go outside to come in. I was very surprised since this is my Sunway location and have used this entrance maybe once every two weeks and never have been told to go outside or even seen these foldable doors closed before I asked if he really wanted me to go outside and come in again from outside in the cold but luckily he said next time. I presented my mailed coupon for 2 cold cut subs and he gladly made my subs but after he scanned my coupon he would not return it even though there is more time. Until February 26. As I frequent this location many times I asked him if I can have the coupon back to use again as every other team member has done without me asking every time before. He said no. I asked him why since I have been getting them black every time before. He said they don't get returned. Shame ince I would have been back neck week to get another order. This message is to know if the coupon can be reused or they are a one use only? If I am wrong then I am truly sorry but I still got the feeling like I was not as welcomed there tonight as I have been many many times before. Need to find a new subway or sub shop on my way home from work. Thank you
