  The late-night workee was really rude to my husband who inquired about the bathroom. He said it was out of order, then went to use it, so clearly it wasn't out of order. He could have just said that it wasn't available for customers. When my husband pointed this out he was really nasty in his response. He then told us we had 5 min to leave even though the listing said it was open for another hour. Regardless we took our sandwiches and left. I understand it's annoying to deal with late night customers, but there's no need to have such an attitude.

  Location: 115 9th Avenue Street West Staff: CHAIMI (bad service) I ordered two footlong steak subs. When I got home and opened them, both sandwiches had almost no meat. Each footlong was the same, one half had no meat at all, and the other half had only a very small amount. It was clearly not the proper portion for a footlong sandwich. I called the store immediately and was told to come in and they would replace the sandwiches. I also mentioned that I would bring photos to show the issue. At no point was I told that I needed to bring the actual sandwiches back. When I arrived at the store, I showed the photos clearly demonstrating the lack of meat. I told the employee that this was not acceptable and that there was essentially no meat in the sandwiches. I also pointed to the in-store advertisement photo of the steak sandwich to show what it is presented as. She responded that the advertisement photo is only for display and not real, and that the sandwiches customers receive will not look like that. While I understand that advertisements are styled for presentation, this issue was not about appearance, it was about receiving almost no meat in sandwiches that are supposed to contain a standard portion. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable when she accused and suggested that I may have removed the meat myself before taking the picture This is the only store that I bought sub from and was bad. Go elsewhere and stay away from 1159 Dundas st w location look at the reviews Very rude and bad customer service

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location today. Just last week, this same store accepted valid Subway coupons without issue. This week, the exact same coupons, still within the valid date, were suddenly refused with no clear explanation. That kind of inconsistency is frustrating and unacceptable. The problems didn’t stop there. I asked for one footlong sub made with two different sides that are the same price. This was refused, and instead I was told I would need to order two six-inch subs, which costs more. I have been eating at Subway for over forty years and have never encountered this before at any location. The sandwich preparation itself was also poor. I requested only three basic toppings, lettuce, spinach, and tomato, yet the portions added were extremely minimal. I had to repeatedly ask for extra just to get what would normally be considered a standard amount at any other Subway. I was even told I already had the full portion when it was clearly very little. I eat at Subway frequently, sometimes multiple times a week at different locations, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Between refusing valid coupons, pushing a more expensive option, and serving noticeably skimpy portions, this location does not reflect the quality or consistency Subway is known for. Very disappointing experience overall.
