  I visited just after midnight to grab a sub, and the only staff member working was a young woman named Mansi. She was soft‑spoken, kind, and handled the late‑night shift on her own with impressive professionalism. I want to acknowledge the respect she deserves for managing the store so well at that hour. Five stars for her excellent service!!

  Best Subway ever! The team is friendly and makes your food with love fr! Staff needs a raise - especially Mansi and the other woman that usually works nights!

  Worst subway in the whole of Toronto says it closes at 1 AM but yet it’s 1230 and she already locked the door. The employee lock the door and is sitting there counting the money to leave early very disappointed with the service.

  young women attending the subway today was horrible, I mentioned I don't know much about subway and would your help in ordering one, she literally increased her voice and rolled her eyes. I tried paying my gift card for that as well she refused that its not working you have to swipe the gift card. I wanted to ask how can you swipe a digital gift card. On returning from washroom she asked me to shift one wooden rack to block the washroom. I am not sure whether she was having a bad day or what was going in her mind, but I really didn't like her behaviour and will definitely be going to some other place rather then coming to this one. Its my genuine request to be polite, I did move the wooden rack and politely wished her good evening, but not at all felling good with my experience.
