She followed up on my order and made sure I got my sandwich in the end. Her customer service was excellent and she handled the situation very professionally. Really appreciate the help!

- BGB GMar 30, 20262.0The ordering kiosks are terrible. What happened to human interaction? I guess minimum wage is getting high. One less job for someone out there now. And the employees get so offended when you try to order the “old school way”. PRIORITY IS GIVEN TO KIOSK ORDERS!! Excuse me miss but do you know you’ll be out of a job soon because of these things?? EDIT RESPONSE: There is not a chance that your kiosks are faster than your live employees. You kiosks are slow. All kiosks are slow....Ikea, Costco, bubble tea, or whatever. A human will always be faster, better trained, and more personable. Call it what it is, you're trying to save money by eliminating one employee per shift.

I accidentally took the wrong drink out of the fridge a full sugar Gatorade and drank a sip before I noticed. I have diabetes and asked to exchange it to the correct one but they refused. I wish they'd get your drinks for you here as they know how theyre set up
