  NOT FAST food, nor user-friendly, nor fresh. Come here if you want to fight for your order. The employees make it intentionally difficult to order - I’ve come 4 times, and each time they argue about the physical coupons, won’t let us scan mobile app coupons in store, or take 5+ mins just to confirm the mobile app order AFTER I’ve arrived at the store (they struggle to call my number just for me to show them my phone is ringing for ‘confirmation’). Without fail, it takes 25+ mins to order 2 subs when we are the only customers in the restaurant. Every order requires them to call a manager. The employees are not knowledgeable and do not know how to answer basic questions (ie price of X sub) and do not know how to operate their ordering systems. The ingredients aren’t as fresh as they used to be - they aren’t freshly refilled (you get the bottom of the bin) and the bread has a gummy texture. The store’s fountain drink machine is broken, so if you want a drink they make you pay for a bottled drink; also beware of fake reviews as they try to incentivise you to give a 5 star review for a free cookie.

  The service I was given tonight has been one of the worst I have even experienced.. First the Lady working would not honour the Subway coupon I tried to use….. so I still decided to purchase the subs.. Then the attitude the lady had while making my subs was next level.. literally slapping down the cheese with attitude.. not even spreading it out… then when I asked for “little “ amount of toppings, she literally put 3x the normal amount… totally unprofessional and childish behaviour… Then she half cut through each sub and I said respectfully “ can you please cut fully through my subs, I’m the only customer in here. You don’t need to rush “ she refused!!!!! Saying she already cut them!!!! Wow!!!!! The owner needs to do something.. The owner needs to respond to my review and honour the Buy 2 Footlongs get the 3rd Free deal!!!! I know you through being a loyal customer at your multiple Restaurants… I will mention your other Subway location if you don’t correct this .. I will hold off calling head office out of previous great customer service… But today was unacceptable!!!!!! Photo bellow is my “cut” subs… Tuna on left.. Meatball on right!!!!
