- SSSeanAlfredApr 3, 20265.0I had such a great experience at Papa John’s on Millwood. I was having issues updating my app, and both Edrin and Zak went out of their way to help me figure it out step by step. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional the entire time. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do—they were working hard and paying attention to every customer who walked in, not just me. These are exactly the kind of people you want representing your business and taking care of your customers. A big thank you again to Zak and Edrin for not making me feel rushed and for allowing me the time to figure out what was wrong with my carryout order. I was in the location for probably 12 minutes, and in that time I watched them serve around nine other customers—handling walk-ins, Uber deliveries, and answering the phones without missing a beat. It was actually kind of fun to watch. Oh and PS… if you’re lucky and keep an eye on Edrin, when he doesn’t know you’re looking, you might catch him twirling pizza dough, up and around behind his back!! Just like a Harlem Globetrotter with pizza dough in Leaside.

- RLRachel LMar 14, 20263.0I like this pizza joint because it's close to my house and honestly the staff are great. they accomodate, they're fast and super friendly but when I order a 10pc boneless chicken wing how am I getting both if the wings in the image counted as 1 wing each? I get like 3 of these all the time and I'm positive it's not the staff but the corporation but how is this 2 boneless wings???? if they're tiny, give extra tiny ones.
- OOOla OMar 14, 20265.0I usually order delivery, but decided to visit in person this time. The lady at the counter was very welcoming and took my order with a lovely smile. The pizza was well done with a nice crispy crust, and the BBQ wings were good and juicy. I’ll definitely be visiting again.
