  The staff were courteous, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. While waiting to order, I watched an employee step away from the prep area and a a few of the stack wax papers he had taken blew onto the floor. Another staff member (possibly a manager or trainer) picked them up and placed them on the counter near the cash, then instructed another employee to put them back on top of the clean stack. Before ordering, I mentioned that those papers had been on the floor. The sheets were removed, but they were not thrown away, just put beside the other pile which was concerning from a hygiene standpoint. As for the food, I ordered a footlong Louisiana chicken. The chicken appeared grey and we, and the bread was crumbly and more than a day old I'm sure. Definitely not fresh. I ended up throwing out half of the sandwich. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but between the food quality and the food-handling practices I observed, I felt this experience warranted feedback. The staff were lovely. I assume this is a management issue.

  Food's fine. Always. I HATE coming here to complain about this but the older woman that works there needs to retire already. She's hard of hearing, forgetful and slow. She's nice, she really is but she's not good at this job. This is my 3rd time here this week abd every time I order she asks "Do you want toppings?" Like, who DOESN'T want toppings?!?! I asked for it grilled the first day this week and she forgot or didn't hear me, so when I opened it after having already left, I saw it was not grilled. 2nd time, same issue but I caught her before she wrapped it and told her again "Grilled please." Today my friend and I both asked for our subs grilled and she proceeded to wrap them without grilling so I had to repeat to her again that they are to be grilled. She sighed like I was just telling her last minute or something. She makes me not want to even come back here. Sorry.
