  Wow!! Look down People!!!! 1 ⭐️ reviews more than anything. Hopefully situations will change in the future as it is possible? This location is well known to mess up orders and give you half filled frie boxes. My last experience here, my order was messed up soo bad, I called the staff told me they made note I can get my replacement, my next visit ..which is annoying because when u order you want what you ordered especially if your children are the ones who are missing something and are picky. Anyhow, I let it go… went to get my replacement and the manager on site at the moment was trying not to live up to their word and was arguing with me. Very unprofessional Manager on shift *Dnle. you say you’ve worked there for years you shouldn’t have to tell customers that. You should work with them so they come back. We ordered for xy’s birthday and we got everyone’s order except the birthday persons also got a Big Mac with no bun just the patty! Haaha looking back I can laugh at the Big Mac but still makes me very upset/disappointed about the birthday child’s meal. Especially since you now have to wait to have the issue resolved when you go to that location next ( we ordered online) Having no choice but to order online again and hope for the best!!!! And wait too eat your meals because you can’t eat without the birthday child, that’s just absurd!!!! Oooh now our food we ordered before having to wait for the birthday child’s food is now cold, but that’s ok.. what can ya doo.. Happy Birthday from Mcdonalds! 😃 We need more kindness, cleanliness and efficiency at this location. P.s Sorry for those who try their best, I know that there is amazing staff there as well! Keep up the hard work & thank you. 😀

  The staff at this store are quite CARELESS and often fail to respond properly it comes across as pure ignorance. They also don’t seem to follow instructions. In particular, one employee during pickups has been especially irresponsible and ARROGANT , which is unacceptable behavior toward customers. ( NIGHT SHIFT GIRL, issue is on 26th March 3:55AM)

  Placed order at the mcdonalds because my kids like it. But this is 2nd time i happend last time i missed half of my ordr and this time i still missed my order even i paid extra money for the upgrade size. Staff is so rude and don’t know how to solve the problem. We are spending money. Not getting foor for free.
