  They don't employ enough staff!! Only 3 employees work there in the morning. The black guy that does cash is really nice though.

  Wayne is absolutely amazing! He’s always smiling and brings such a positive energy. I was feeling really depressed since morning, but just interacting with him completely changed my mood. His kindness and attitude truly made my day better. People like Wayne make a real difference—thank you for being so wonderful!

  There aren't enough seats, the staff are all chatting, the food takes forever to arrive, they've gotten orders wrong multiple times, and the food doesn't even taste as good as at other places. If it weren't so close to home, I wouldn't even bother coming here!

  This location was very close to the famous People players venue, and we took our grandson here after an enjoyable production there. It was possible to order food from a person at the counter, but it was easier to use the kiosks. One problem I had was that using the McDonald’s app, I was unable to order food for pick up at the counter. The problem seem to be that this specific location wasn’t showing up on the official McDonald’s map. That meant I wasn’t able to enter that location, and it wasn’t showing up on the list of locations where a pick up could be made. It was very odd. Despite there only being a single person on the counter, she was very helpful and was processing orders as quickly as she could for the people there. It’s a very small location, with not a lot of seats or tables. So that meant we were kind of stuck eating standing up for a part of our visit, but other guests were very accommodating.
