  Ordered 4 things, a meal and an ice cream. They gave me 2 things. Forgot to give me the drink and ice cream.

  The Crew was so Greedy . Everytime I ordered Combo Meals they didn’t put a Catchup . I drive 8 mins from home to pick up my orders and found out that there is NO CATCHUP . April 05 , I order a Meal again and Still NO CATCHUP . The Crew think that Customers are like ANIMALS. That we can eat Fries without CATCHUP .

  I went to the drive-thru service today night, but the girls working there were extremely rude. They had no manners while talking to customers and even started arguing and fighting with them.

  I was waiting for my order longer than expected and forgot the order number since the self-kiosk couldn't print out the receipt and missed it out, so I went to the front counter asking where my order is. The crew members were confused so the manager had to step in and kindly asked what I ordered and he handled the situation effectively. I would rate their service a 9.5/10 experience for me.

  The environment looks clean and neat but I had bad food there that I am suffering from GASTROENTERITIS!!!!!!
