  Won’t provide water free of charge (even with a food purchase) and coffee is often very watery or burnt tasting. Take your business elsewhere folks!

  All peoples are very kind and friendly welcome. Hot coffee was best. I can learn English. One milk and one sugar was more my style.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location today that I feel needs to be addressed. When I approached the counter, I politely greeted the staff member who took my order (she appeared to be a manager) by saying, “Good morning, how are you?” She did not acknowledge my greeting at all. Throughout the entire interaction, she avoided eye contact, spoke minimally, and maintained a cold and dismissive attitude. After I completed the payment, I said “Thank you,” but again received no response. What made the situation more concerning was what happened immediately after. Another customer approached the counter, and her behavior changed completely — she greeted him warmly, smiled, made eye contact, and was visibly friendly and welcoming. This contrast was noticeable and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was not a one-time moment — the same behavior was repeated again. The difference in treatment felt deliberate and unprofessional. Customer service should be respectful, courteous, and consistent for everyone, regardless of background. No customer should feel ignored, unwelcome, or treated differently. I understand that fast-food environments can be busy and stressful, but basic courtesy — acknowledging greetings, making eye contact, and treating all customers equally — is the minimum standard, especially from someone in a leadership position. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff are trained to provide respectful and inclusive service to all customers.

  I went to eat there since it was close to my school, but the girl that was gettinh my order didn't pay me attention at all since she put my order wrong, and when I let her know that she show a really rude attitude, doing everything like annoyed she even put what she wanted in the sauces. I would not go there again just for that.
