  Tried to charge me $1 for a small PAPER bag. I ordered a cookie that I asked for toasted, it was given to me rock hard and cold. Also for some reason while I was ordering, the worker confirmed that I wanted an Apple pie too? I said just the cookie and also asked if I could get 2 paper bags since I’m waiting outside of Scotiabank Arena for a concert. She said yes and told me to get the other worker to grab them for me. (Even said if I needed a bigger bag, to just ask and she would get it.) the other worker had only handed me one bag so when I asked for a second paper bag, the worker didn’t know what to do and grabbed the manager for some reason? (I was not being hostile or anything, I had just asked politely.) The manager told me I’d have to pay $1 for the paper bag. It’s literally a >$0.05 paper bag that they are trying to “sell” for $1. How silly is that? Anyway I just left and went to bite into my cookie, it’s rock hard. Who grabs a manager to confirm when a paying customer asks politely for a second bag? I’d understand better if I hadn’t bought anything, but I had. With that being said, it’s only a McDonald’s and it’s only a paper bag (with a rock hard cookie.) It’s not that deep, I was just kind of dumbfounded and thought I would share. For those who care (probably not the manager) I do not recommend.

  It's the fastest McDonald's in the game. Once saw them put out 22 orders in 2 minutes.

  Just teach your employees customer service and also teach how to work in fast paced environment Had to wait for so long and people before me ordered and got served. Just awful experience not buying again from this outlet anymore...

  Pretty slow moving staff for a place people catch trains in. Managers and staff having fun chats in the back as I wait for my order. Why work when you can chat with eachother. Update*** I missed my train these clowns need to pick it up, I've been through this station many many times throughout the years and everytime I choose this mcdonalds its a poor experience, rudeness, slowness and a lack of caring. I will not be returning.
