  They're always under filling the large fries. Have to check your order everytime and ask them to actually fill them up to the top. Upped their prices, and still try to cheap out on a fries. Lame!

  Extremely bad “bathroom smell” in the eating area, everybody was covering their noses. You should hire security to handle people who are making the dining area extremely unhygienic. I notified staff and they didn’t seem capable of doing anything about it.

  This is the third time I’ve ordered hotcakes with a sausage patty and not received the sausage. At this point it’s not just a simple mistake — it’s a pattern of careless order handling. I don’t understand how such a basic item can be missed repeatedly. When customers pay for a specific item, they expect to actually receive it. Instead, I keep getting incomplete orders, which shows a lack of attention and quality control from the staff preparing the food. Mistakes can happen once, but when the exact same mistake happens multiple times, it reflects poorly on the location and the training of the team. It’s extremely frustrating to open your order and realize you didn’t receive something you paid for — again. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures the staff double-check orders before handing them out. Customers shouldn’t have to keep dealing with the same repeated errors.
