  Staff more interested in chatting than serving. I visited this McDonald's last night for a simple order of two cookies. Despite it being a small order, the service was unacceptable: Long Wait for Simple Order: It took over 7 minutes to receive two cookies. I had to remind the staff twice about my order after waiting at the counter. Lack of Professionalism: The employee who took my order immediately went to the back to chitchat with another staff member. There was zero attention paid to the customers waiting at the front. Consistent Nightly Issue: I understand that delivery and takeout orders are busy, but the staff here seems to use that as an excuse to "chill out" in the back instead of providing fast service. This is a recurring problem specifically during the night shift. It is very frustrating to be ignored while staff socializes. Owner/Management: please look into the nighttime service standards and ensure staff are prioritizing customers over personal conversations.

  Mini McDonald's. A bum followed me in and asked for change. Ice cream was late and melted.

  Would be 4-5 stars if I reviewed this as a restaurant, but as it is actually a HOMELESS SHELTER in disguise I was quite appalled. The staff is nice, makes decent food, as mentioned this review would be very different if I didn't get coughed on, or asked for all of my ciggarettes and money when I enter by one or more homeless residents of the restaurant. I have spoken with the owner of this store and they told me they would try to change things. Having been a month since and temperatures now warming up, nothing has changed. I can only imagine the owner does their best to make the store so absolutely inhospitable that you just go ahead and pay the numerous surcharges for delivery even if you only live 10 minutes away. Please McDonald's, stop this. You are a restaurant with food and health codes. People scratching themselves inside and defecating outside is not a clean habitat to be serving food. Your workers are afraid for their safety and your customers as well. Please do something about this.
