  I ordered a big Mac combo with no cheese because I’m HIGHLY ALGERGIC TO CHEESE through drive thru, didn’t check the bag until I got home. When I got home I found cheese in my burger, was too far and tired to drive back. SMH

  Needs proper sanitary here. Dirty tables, employees are less sympathetic to customers.

  Was there on March 20th. Ordered a bacon McCrispy with a rootbeer. I realized that the rootbeer tasted flat. They remade a rootbeer. The rootbeer still tasted flat. I didn’t want to make a big fuss about it, but please get it together next time. Thanks.

  Employees are very rude and has no opinion about the company policies. 1 month ago I asked them for a extra large size of cup of water, they said they're not giving extra large cups they can only give a medium size. I said ok, you can charge me for the cup which I expect 10 cents or smth like the tims. But yeah, they charged me almost 3 bucks. I didn't say anything else and after that problem I started bring my clean personal cup to fill with water. Everything was doing fine until today. I asked to fill my cup at the drive thru and when I arrived to the window, the worker gave me my order in a rush she didn't even talk she closed the window to my face and turned back to bar. I waited if she's coming back, but when I see that she is not I honked my horn. When she come back to the window I asked to fill my personal cup and she said SHE WILL NOT DO THIS BECAUSE THAT'S THE COMPANY POLICY??!! I told her it is not, I always get this. She said here in this McDonalds!!??? I said yes here and everywhere. She was doing attitude and she said she can give me an extra large size cup of water bht she cannot fill my water. I said last time when I asked for it they didn't give it to me and they charged me for it I asked to talk to her supervisor but she didn't respond. At the end of the point she gave me an extra large cup of water without the lid and when I asked for the lid she said I'm doing attitude. I'm adding the company policy as an attachment. Educate your employees McDonalds.

  Yeh aap McDonald’s ke liye clean aur strong review likh sakte ho: I visited the McDonald’s at 630 Keele St and had a very bad experience. The washroom was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned for a long time. There was water all over the floor and both hand dryers were not working. The dining tables were also dirty and not cleaned properly. It looked like there was no proper management or supervision because things were scattered everywhere. When I tried to talk to the staff, they were not cooperative and behaved rudely. Overall, the place looked very poorly maintained. This was not something that happened just today — from the condition of the place it seemed like it had been like this for quite some time. If there was an option to give a rating lower than zero, I would give it. Very disappointing experience.
