  I was at McDonald today I was waiting for my order and I saw one of the workers there not wearing gloves when they were making the food and they touch the bread with there bare hands for sanitary purposes they should wear gloves when they are dealing with food it was disgusting to look at I also work in fast food restaurant and I know how it is working with food I often don’t go to McDonald.

  I went to buy lunch and requested them to use the restroom coz I came straight from my work and need to wash my hands and get myself freshen up but an Asian employee didn’t let me to do so, that too in a rude tone, so I bought myself a small coffee, after showing it to the “Restroom guard” in order to use the restroom, I threw the coffee the the bin and then I left without having the lunch from there. Behaviour of the staff is not acceptable with the customers.

  I would not recommend this McDonald’s location. Unfortunately, my experience there was very unpleasant. There were several homeless individuals inside and around the restaurant, and at one point someone was even urinating on the floor near the sink area, which was very disturbing. I understand the staff may be trying to manage the situation by locking the washroom and giving keys only to customers. However, after I finished eating and asked to use the washroom, I was told that there was no washroom available, even though it was clearly locked. This location needs better management of cleanliness and customer access to basic facilities. Based on my experience, it was one of the worst McDonald’s branches I have visited.
