- MCMike CeliaMar 11, 20261.0Two days ago on Monday night around 7pm, the guy who was supposed to make my coffee and cone ignored the manager when she asked him to and so I had to ask him myself. He then proceeded to give me a cup of melted ice cream with a cone on top. It was pure liquid. He told me the machine wasn’t working and I said I can’t eat meted ice cream. He gave me attitude like I was making a big deal. Didn’t offer a refund. So l walked out. The only other time I’ve been to this location the same guy took forever to make my coffee. Really sad to have to write this but he was pretty ignorant both times. Everyone has bad days but I caught this guy having a bad one the only two times I’ve been there. From the sound of the other review here, it seems this location is not run well at all.

In the end, I had to make a lot of noise just to get my order because no one was coming to the window. I had already paid and couldn’t receive my order. Also, an Indian girl responded in a very rude and inappropriate manner.
