  I wish I could give zero stars because this place doesn’t deserve even one. The person taking my order had an unbelievable attitude from the start. I simply asked for extra onions and extra Big Mac sauce not some impossible request and instead of doing his job, he just walked away saying he “can’t do it” like he couldn’t care less.This is absolutely pathetic customer service. If this is the kind of staff McDonald’s is hiring, it’s embarrassing. The guy was rude, dismissive, and completely disrespectful for no reason. No basic manners, no professionalism just pure attitude.

  I recently visited McDonald’s and had a nice, simple experience. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and the staff were polite and attentive. Overall, a smooth and satisfying visit. I appreciate the consistency and would gladly come back again.

  First mobile kiosk did not function properly so we selected our food but could not pay. Had to move to a second kiosk that did not print the receipt. When we recieved our food we were missing fries from our combo but had no receipt to prove it. The women's bathroom had also been egged and not cleaned so the disabled stall was unusable.

  I was in drive-thru and asked for a Veggie Burger and Coke, after that when I paid I asked the male guy over there for straw and he said its in packet with burger and the guy’s behaviour was so rude at that time I don’t know why and for what reason. When I just pulled over I saw there was not straw, so i ignored that but when I opened the burger it was clearly written on box GRILLED CHICKEN BURGER and I Found the burger with chicken patty upon opening the box. I am a pure vegetarian person and Its really carelessness of the staff that they are serving wrong food even without utensils even after asking them to put the utensils and double check the order many times.
