  Absolutely loved my experience during visit. The staff is welcoming and I loved their mocha coffee experience. Will certainly revisit.

  I went to this Lindt store today and tried dark strawberry chocolate. Initially they gave me stale strawberries with just a pump of chocolate syrup on the top. And then I went back to them to change it for me. Then the guy took out a new cup of strawberries and tried smelling it and tells me that it seems the strawberries are spoiled in this cup as well. I requested them to change my drink to something else, but they said refused to do it so and yet gave me the same thing again. And I came out with this drink convincing my self and still the chocolate doesn’t seem well proportioned with the strawberries and infact turned solid.

  Went here a couple of hours ago and got my birthday gift, while browsing for other things, ended up being helped and everyone was very patient. As I left the girl at the front said enjoy the birthday gift, excellent attention by everyone in the store 🩷

  Unfortunately didn’t have the best experience collecting my birthday gift. I went in to this store around 12pm on March 16th. We were given a free sample which was lovely. My girlfriend and I walked in towards the back to look at the 150g bags that you get with the birthday coupon. No one talked to us and asked us why we were in, which wasn’t a big deal. All of a sudden, a woman (that I forget the name of, maybe Anita?) came over and quickly said “the carrot cake one isn’t apart of it.” It not being apart of it is fair. But only saying the one that wasn’t available out of the blue felt a bit odd, and made me feel like we were doing something wrong. I brought the cookies and cream flavour up to cash, and unfortunately that same worker didn’t make us feel very welcomed. I said “I have the birthday coupon,” and held up my email, to which she said very matter of factly, “it’s the card.” and she scrolled to the bottom of my email and said it again For a birthday, the experience should be a little more nice. But we left feeling like a bother, and it left a bad taste in our mouths. I don’t like to give bad reviews, and I understand retail work as I am in retail too. We all have bad days. However it’s about giving good customer service no matter what. We still love Lindt and will be back. Great chocolates and lovely birthday deal!
